We set up overseas shipping service for the customer wish to purchase our products from overseas.
We are happy to arrange shipment to abroad.

HOW TO ORDER

We will advise you the total amount of payment including the shipping cost in 2 days.

SHIPPING METHOD

We basically use EMS and arrange by sea freight in case the carton size and weight is over the EMS regulation.
*It is available to arrange shipment by courier on your request.
*We arrange ocean shipment by our freight forwarder Vantec corporation if you don't specify it.

PRECAUTIONS

*We can't accept changing or cancelling purchase order after receipt of payment.
*We can't accept return, refund, exchange and no guarantee for breakage or non-arrival.
*We can't provide repair and maintenance service at destination.
*Delivery time may take longer than expected due to weather, customs clearance and transportation condition.
*Please confirm import regulations before place an order since we can't handle any trouble at destination.
*It may be charged tax, import duty and other fee by customs in some countries and these are the responsibility of consignee. For detail, please ask the customs at destination.
*Please confirm the voltage and outlet form at destination before purchasing the electrical products due to our products are made with Japanese specification (100V) .
*There are some cosmetics and hair-care products impossible to deliver to abroad because of its ingredients.
